CELL’s Booth

After the GSMA Mobile World Congress in February, we followed up with a booth presence at the CTIA Wireless for a second year. We moved to the Central Hall in the main hall area from the North Hall, where we were last year.

Most of the major mobile companies have their large booths in the main hall; therefore, we expected more visitors than the other halls. The eye-catching display of our booth with the theme “WA”, a Japanese word meaning peace and harmony, again attracted many visitors, which was previously revealed at the GSMA Mobile World Congress.

Because the CTIA Wireless has taken place in the U.S., most of our visitors were from U.S. mobile companies. But we noticed that there were more many visitors from Canada, Asia and Japan.

The content we presented

We mainly presented game content products, which have grown rapidly in the U.S. mobile market. We showed our strength as a mobile content provider in creating ringtones and UI design.

We also presented our products on PC monitors and large screens. We distributed large novelty bags to each visitor, which were very popular at the booth as well.

Each company’s booth

At the Central Hall, other major mobile and communication companies set up their booths. Each of them was large and unique in their own way.

One of our business partners, LG Electronics as a main sponsor of the CTIA, set up their booth by the main entrance of the hall. The booth was large with new displays of their devices such as PRADA phones and a wrist watch phone

NOKIA, another business partner, also had a large booth displaying touch-panel devices and demonstrating their own service, the OVI Store.

Our participation not only at the last GSMA Mobile World Congress but also at the CTIA Wireless was very meaningful in order to develop global business opportunities and a recognizable brand.
